Ready to test your speed?

The test takes less than a minute and measures download, upload, ping and jitter.

β‰ˆ 30 seconds Β· ~50–100 MB of data

About the speed test

The test measures your real connection throughput: how fast your browser receives data (download), sends data back (upload), and how stable the connection is (ping and jitter). It takes less than a minute and works on any device.

Download speed matters for streaming and online games. Upload speed matters for video calls and cloud uploads. Low ping and stable jitter are critical for games, conferencing and remote work.

What the results mean

  • Download β€” how many megabits per second your internet receives. Higher means faster page loads, video streaming and file downloads.
  • Upload β€” how many megabits per second you send out. Affects video calls, cloud uploads and live streams.
  • Ping β€” round-trip delay in milliseconds. Lower means more responsive games and calls. Under 30 ms is great, under 60 ms is fine.
  • Jitter β€” variation in latency. Low jitter means a stable connection without spikes.

How to test your internet speed

  1. 1. Close other tabs, stop downloads and streams β€” they can skew the result.
  2. 2. Click "Start test" and wait about 30 seconds, keeping this tab in focus.
  3. 3. Read your result: download, upload, ping and jitter.
