How to find your size
Pick a category — women's or men's shoes or clothing. For shoes, measure your foot length: stand on a sheet of paper, press your heel to a wall and mark your longest toe, then measure the distance in centimeters. For clothing, measure your chest around the fullest point.
Enter the value in centimeters and the calculator finds the closest row, showing your size in several systems at once: US, European (EU), British (UK) and Russian (RU) — plus an international size (INT: S, M, L) for clothing.
Sizes are approximate: they vary by brand and last by about half a size. If you're between two sizes, go up. Full conversion tables are shown under the calculator.
Size questions
How do I measure my foot length?
Stand on a sheet of paper, press your heel to a wall and mark the tip of your longest toe. Measure from the edge of the paper to the mark in centimeters — that's your foot length. Measure in the evening, when feet are slightly larger.
Is the EU shoe size the same as RU?
Yes — the Russian and European shoe systems are effectively identical: RU 38 = EU 38. US and UK differ by a few units, so check their separate columns in the chart.
What if my measurement is between two sizes?
If your foot length or chest falls between two rows, choose the larger size — tight shoes and clothing are uncomfortable, and a little extra room is easy to adjust with an insole or the fit.
How accurate are these charts?
They are standard references. Real fit depends on the brand, model and last, so try items on when you can. For online orders, check the specific manufacturer's size chart.
